Orama Consulting has entered into a partnership with Enerleg S.r.l., a firm specialising in technical and legal consultancy in the energy sector, renewable energy and carbon markets, based in Bolzano.
This collaboration addresses a specific need that an increasing number of companies are bringing to our attention: the challenges of the energy transition — from access to ETS auctions to the financing of photovoltaic plants, from participation in energy communities to ARERA compliance — require expertise that goes well beyond the scope of environmental regulation. They require tax advice, contractual structuring, corporate governance and the management of relationships with international counterparties.
Enerleg specialises in energy law: renewable energy authorisations, ETS1 and ETS2, energy communities (CERs), PPAs and supply contracts, and GSE incentives.
